In August 2012, our customer center got a special service application that customer entrust us to maintain split case pump in Indonesia.

　　The pump is used in a power plant in Indonesia. Because of customer select a wrong pump model, the pump could not meet operation condition at site. Customer worried a lot on it and asked some local service men to maintain but could not figure out the problem. Our chief customer engineer Mr. Pan got the information from customer and decided to service in person. Back then, Indonesia was at a time of social turbulence so handling procedures of visa is not easy. Mr. Pan overcome numerous difficulties and after over 10 hours flight finally arrived at user’s site. Mr. Pan made solution and divided works, after three day and nights work, pump finally could operate smoothly. With an earnest and responsible attitude, solid technical expertise and sincere service, we won good reputation from customer and established long term cooperation with this customer.
