Service model—Shijie Yang

  As a service staff, not only needs capable at professional skill, but also needs to know how to communicate with customers. Besides, to achieve a good service work, they need to have preserve attitude. The customer center staff, Shijie Yang is a model for us. His diligent and conscientious work attitude won lots of customers’ praise. Yang got information from Qindao Daneng company’s complain that there is heavy vibration of pump and could not operation normally. As an experienced service worker, Yang figured out solution in two hours and took necessary tools and parts to user’s site. Yang found the alignment of coupling at motor side has deviation of 3mm and leads wear damage. But after replaced coupling and restart the pump, the vibration situation still existed.

   Yang offered to monitor pump operation. He stays at site with operating personnel to check out pump operation situation. At the same time, he consulted with our research institute and technical department and looked over related books. The operator in Qindao Daneng Company told Yang that he does not need to treat the problem seriously. But Yang still insists to stay at site to find out problem. After 3 days and nights work, Yang finally got the reason that is bearing retainer was wore during operation. It is a normal service story, but reflects Yang’s high sense of work responsibility and devotedness. We are so proud of having this kind of colleague!
