Hello everyone! I am one employee of service team in Shandong province. There are lots of stories in our service work and I would like to share one of them with you.
One of our customers is a biochemistry company, we improved their circulating water system of 3 sets of 220kw pump and project is accepted by customer in August, 2011.After half a year’s operation, we got phone call from customer claim that the discharge pressure fell 1.5kg and very mad at us. We pacify customer’s emotions and send out service staff Lee to user’s site immediately. After investigation, we found that the reason is some foreign matter dropped in pond and leads valve stuck. Lee told customer the detail reason. Customer feels sorry about their careless and blames us wrongly. In the meanwhile, they feel very satisfy of our service that we take action and solve the problem in 48 hours. (Shandong office Gong Xiangming)
