The processing shop covers 4800 square meters and is equipped with vertical lathe, floor type boring machine, grinder, CNC double column boring and milling machine, etc. It has the ability of turning all kinds of parts which diameter less than 6300mm, processing long shaft within 3500mm diameter and deep hole drilling long axis within 3000mm. The dynamic balancing machine and static balancer can balance two-meter-long rotation parts and the parts which are balanced can as heavy as 1600Kg. All of these have guaranteed safety and stable operation of the pump.
